This espresso produces a coffee that has a complex flavor which is rich yet smooth-both true characteristics of Rome. This mild-medium roast made from a mix of South American and Indonesian coffee is delicious and well-balanced. This is a great espresso if you are looking to try something aside from your usual "go-to"!
Coffee Profile: Starting with a medium-roast Costa Rica coffee base, Sumatra and Colombian is added to produce a perfect balance of medium roasts.
