This dark roast blend was developed to create our signature cold brew concentrate. The rich and smooth quality of the blend makes it perfect for a cold brew without a bite. Chocolate and vanilla notes provide a creamy and balanced flavor that tastes great with or without milk.
Blend notes: A medium-bodied Colombian is added to a dark French Roast base to balance the rich, strong, flavor of the dark roast, adding complexity and a slightly lighter, smooth profile.

The cold brew is delicious and I am really enjoying it now that I purchased a cold brew decanter. We like all the Passport coffees and recommend them to all our friends.
I have been home brewing my own cold brew using this blend, and a hint of the Vanilla Cinnamon Twist for three years and it is delicious. I don't love highly acidic and bitter cold brews and the combination of this blend and 18--24 hours chilling in the fridge results in a naturally sweet blend and no need for sweeteners or cream. Highly recommend!
Amazing blend that is smooth and balanced. Limiting myself to two glasses per day... delicious!!
