Butterfly pea flower, Sencha green tea and lavender flower make this a wonderful floral tea. This tea is special because of the blue hue it presents when finished steeping. All our imported teas start with finest ingredients. We custom blend and flavor our teas by hand.

Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below
- Green Teas
- Amount - 1 - 2 teaspoon
- Temperature- 170-180 F
- Time - 2-3 min.
Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.
All of our teas and coffees are blended in a facility that processes known allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, soy, and fruits . While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace amounts of allergens.

This tea is stunning on its own, for sure. But my main use for it is to create a honey-lavender syrup for my coffee. This tea mixed with local honey is one of my all time favorite syrups. 10/10, phenomenal tea.
