Vienna Roast is our lightest dark roast, with a perfect balance of oils brought to the bean's surface during roasting. This smooth and delightful brew is an ideal choice for those looking to explore a darker roast, while its unique cupping notes make it a great way to start off your day.
Coffee Profile: Multiple Central and South American coffees are roasted carefully, just until the oil begins to reach the surface of the bean. These oils give the coffee the bold and smooth flavor that dark roasts are known for. However, being our lightest dark roast, Vienna is categorized as a medium-dark roast. The flavor and aroma are significant, but not overpowering.
