To me, one of the signs of excellent coffee is the thick crema it produces. This is up there among Northern Italian roasts. It has a sweeter profile that doesnt obstruct the true eesence of a wonderfully smooth espresso. It may be a little more expensive than the other excellent roasts but there is a reason for that. The quality shines through every sip.
