Job description:
We opened several years ago because of the demand for our products. This position would assist with customers in our outlet and e-commerce with their coffee and tea purchases, pack , ship coffee and tea orders, develop customer relations. We are looking for positive person that enjoys working with the public.
General Duties include: helping customers with purchases, maintain customer database, processing order through our e-commerce site, tracking inventory, filling orders, packing coffee and teas, packing shipments and helping customers in the outlet and on the phone. As a team member you may be called upon to assist various duties.

Skills / Requirements Qualifications include : Individual must be dependable, able to multi task, lift 10-15 lbs, be able to stand for most of the day, energetic, respond promptly to customer feedback both by phone and email, like working in a fast paced environment. Good people skills, positive team player, love talking with the public and want to learn about coffees and teas. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google drive, comfortable working on a ipad POS system and ability to learn our software.
